VeroQT provides forex and commodity trading signals, educational content, backtesting data, and automated expert advisor (EA) software for the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using VeroQT, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to engage in forex and commodity trading in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. VeroQT reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. No Financial Advice

VeroQT is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The signals, data, and content provided are for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made at your own risk and that you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading foreign exchange and commodities on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. 8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, branding, and materials provided through VeroQT are the exclusive property of VeroQT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any VeroQT content without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any VeroQT software or algorithms; (b) share, resell, or redistribute signals or proprietary data to third parties; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to VeroQT systems or other user accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeroQT and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeroQT and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

VeroQT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
